Acceptance

By enrolling in and using My ADHD Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

My ADHD Assistant is an SMS-based AI assistant service operated by FocusedSS, LLC. You interact with the service by sending text messages to My ADHD Assistant; the service responds via SMS using AI-generated content intended to support personal productivity and executive function.

Eligibility

To use My ADHD Assistant, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a US resident
• Have provided explicit consent to receive SMS messages from the service prior to receiving any messages

Enrollment and opt-in

You will only receive messages from My ADHD Assistant after completing the enrollment process and explicitly opting in to receive SMS communications. Enrollment constitutes your consent to receive messages at the phone number you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree to use My ADHD Assistant only for lawful personal productivity purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the service or its underlying systems
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any component of the service infrastructure

AI-generated content

Responses from My ADHD Assistant are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for general productivity support only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or clinical advice. Do not rely on the service as a substitute for professional guidance.

No guarantee of availability

This service is provided as-is. FocusedSS, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for delays, errors, or outages caused by third-party services, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. FocusedSS, LLC does not charge separately for SMS delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FocusedSS, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FocusedSS, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to the service or terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of significant changes via SMS. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated before taking effect. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Termination

You may discontinue use of the service at any time by texting STOP to your assigned number. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
