The short version: We collect only what we need to run the service. We never sell your data or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

What we collect

When you use My ADHD Assistant, we collect:

Your mobile phone number
The content of messages sent to and received from the service
Basic usage metadata (timestamps, delivery status)

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any information beyond what is necessary to deliver the assistant service.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to operate My ADHD Assistant — processing your messages and generating AI responses. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose.

What we do not do

We are committed to the following:

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your mobile phone number or message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with any third party.
We do not send unsolicited messages. You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in.

Third-party services

My ADHD Assistant uses the following third-party providers to deliver the service:

Twilio — SMS message delivery. Twilio's privacy policy governs their handling of message data.
Anthropic — AI response generation via the Claude API. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of message content.

We select providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

Data retention

Message logs may be retained for a limited period to support service operation and troubleshooting. We do not retain data longer than necessary. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@myadhdassistant.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Opting out

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to your My ADHD Assistant number at any time. No further messages will be sent. See our Help & Opt-Out page for full details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via SMS. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
