Stop all messages
Immediately unsubscribes you. One confirmation message is sent, then nothing further.
Resume messages
Re-subscribes you after opting out. You'll receive a confirmation when reactivated.

Receive a short reply with contact info and available commands.
Opting out
To stop all messages immediately
Text STOP to your My ADHD Assistant number. You will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-subscribe by texting START.
This opt-out is permanent until you choose to re-subscribe. We will honor all opt-out requests within one message cycle.
Resuming after opt-out
To start receiving messages again
Text START to your My ADHD Assistant number. You'll receive a confirmation when your subscription is reactivated.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your subscription level, amount of usage and any reminders or check-ins you have configured. You control the pace — the assistant responds to your messages and sends nudges only as configured.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. My ADHD Assistant does not charge separately for SMS delivery.
